### On-Ramps and Off-Ramps

Convert between fiat currencies and stablecoins. Accept fiat deposits and convert to USDC, or convert stablecoins to fiat and deliver locally.

* **On-ramp**: Accept fiat deposits (e.g. MXN, PHP, GBP, EUR) and convert to USDC
* **Off-ramp**: Convert USDC to fiat and deliver via local payment rails
